Ratified during the 47th HEC meeting chaired by HEC Chairman Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar in Islamabad, the policy offers administrative flexibility to institutions. Universities may integrate the three-credit-hour course into their degree frameworks as a supporting subject, an interdisciplinary requirement, or an elective module.
