What this site collects

The public newsroom is designed to be readable without an account. There is no public registration, commenting system, or reader profile.

• Server logs may briefly include technical request data (for example time, path, status, and coarse network metadata) needed to operate and secure the service.
• Anonymous audience analytics is currently enabled on this deployment to measure aggregate visits, pages viewed, and article reading progress. It is not used to identify individual readers or build named reader profiles. Our own records exclude advertising identifiers, fingerprints, raw internal search text, and full IP addresses; coarse referrer hosts only are retained. Default retention is about 90 days unless reconfigured.
• Theme preference may be stored in your browser (local storage) so light, warm, or dark mode can persist.
• Restricted administration uses session cookies. It is not a public reader feature.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the public editorial pages as part of the core product design. Audience analytics is used for measurement, not advertising or personalised marketing.

Articles cite public institutional material and related sources. Source pages are untrusted evidence for editorial verification, not a channel for collecting reader personal data.
