Key goals of the overall policy include combating human trafficking, establishing secure migration routes, upgrading local skill standards through TVET alignment to meet international market demands, and supporting the reintegration of returning workers.
Nationwide Service Expansion
The policy extends emigration services across Sindh, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Reaching over 12 million existing overseas workers and individuals seeking foreign employment, the framework aims to ensure structured governance throughout the migration lifecycle.
